I have placed an order, when will I receive it?
All orders are shipped within 2-5 days Monday to Friday, except during sales or high demand periods, where shipping time may be longer. Should exceptional circumstances arise, we will contact you as soon as possible.
To which countries do you ship your products?
Our products are shipped to Spain, Europe and the United Kingdom. We also ship internationally, please visit our shipping policy to learn more.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €100 in Spain, €150 in Italy, Belgium and the rest of Europe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the status of your package.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or opened package, please contact us within 24 hours so we can contact the courier company.
How do customs charges work for international shipments?
Customs charges are not included in the order price and must be paid to the courier upon delivery or upon receipt at customs. Rates vary depending on the destination country.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for products. Please note that products must be unused, with original tags and in their original packaging.
Can I make a size change directly?
We do not do direct exchanges. If you require a different size, you will need to place a new order and arrange for the return of the original product.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when placing the order, within a maximum period of 30 days from when your return arrives at the warehouse.
